InPlace Service Schedule

We value our clients and any potential prospect here at InPlace. Our mission is to create a great working relationship with our clients, and to do so we feel it is important for you to have access to our company policies and guidelines.

InPlace offers a basic 3.5 or 7 hour service option. If time exceeds the selected service option additional fees will apply. We charge per duration for our services, the minimum fee a client will be charged is for a 3.5 hour duration. Assurance, Safe Hire, Moving Forward, and B Assurance are excluded from these terms as there service descriptions vary per client.

All clients on a non-term basis will be provided with a detailed summary report upon completion of their requested service(s). This allows InPlace to have a better understanding of our clients needs, and if clients choose to do business with us again, based on the summary report recommendations can be made from either party to improve on the outcome. Non-term basis is 1 requested service on average a week.

Proposal & Payment:
Upon reviewing our prices, discussing and scheduling the requested service(s) with a InPlace Agent, the client will be provided a customized proposal stating the scheduled service date and time, and estimated charges due. Depending on the service type, and duration required to complete the job a payment may be required prior to arrival, if not InPlace will require payment upon arrival to the service location. Payments are accepted in the form of credit or debit cards, PayPal, cashier checks, and U.S Postal money orders. NO CASH ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. All cancellations must be submitted 24HRS prior to the scheduled appointment time for a full refund. A submitted cancellation is defined as using the link or contact details on the client’s proposal InPlace provided when the original set appointment was confirmed. InPlace charges a 20% or $30.00 cancellation fee, whichever is less if the appointment is cancelled within 24hrs of the scheduled time. If an InPlace agent is unable to access entrance at the service location detailed on the client’s proposal it is considered a cancellation.

Confidentiality Agreement: Respecting your privacy is a crucial part of our business model. We believe that everyone has a right to privacy. InPlace offers Confidentiality Agreements to clients who prefer our services be kept at an ultimate discretion. The signed agreement offers an additional layer of protection that is legally bound.
